What is Pilates?

Pilates is a low-impact workout that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. It will target the core, although the exercises work all the other areas of the body as well. The core is your foundation, your powerhouse, so that you can move efficiently while improving your posture, flexibility and balance.

The movements will be slow and precise, with a focus on the breathing. Being a full-body exercise, Pilates will help you do everything better!

The beauty of Pilates is that anyone can start practising it, at any age. It is extremely adaptable and it can suit any body type and level of fitness.

Through its controlled movements, you can challenge and totally reshape your body.

One-on-One Classes

Whether you're a beginner and want to learn about Pilates, or you're more advanced and in need of a tailored class focused on your specific needs, you might prefer a private one-on-one Pilates class.

 

Duet/Partner Classes

Ideal for best friends or maybe you want to encourage your partner to join in on your health journey. Pilates is more fun when done together, training with someone helps to keep the motivation levels up. 

 

Small Group Classes

Gather your friends to train together in an online group setting. Training together will be fun and the price per person drops significantly!
